Magnetic knife holder

Provides quick and easy access to the knife chamber for cleaning, while protecting the knives from foreign objects.

Precision grinding

68 mm blades designed by La Marzocco with a continuous cutting surface provide fast and even grinding. A patented adjustment system keeps the blades perfectly parallel and ensures high accuracy – 18 g of coffee in approximately 5 seconds.

Grind-by-Weight ready

Connects to the La Marzocco app for settings and statistics, and is used with the La Marzocco Connected Scale for weight-based dosing.
