What is included with the espresso machine?
Standard for all La Marzocco home espresso machines is a 0.3L milk jug, tamper, cleaning agent, various sized filters for the bayonet, as well as a blind filter.
Why should I buy from you?
When you shop from rRebel, you are shopping directly from us as the official distributor of La Marzocco in Norway. As a supplier, this means that we have a physical store and a workshop where you can feel welcome and safe. If you have any questions about the machine, espresso brewing, the use of machines, or need technical expertise, there is always an rRebel to talk to.
What colors does the espresso machine come in? And can I get a different color?
All original colors from the La Marzocco factory are available in our online store, i.e. steel, black, white, red, yellow, light blue, silver satin. If you want a custom color, please contact us, and we can fix it by appointment at a local paint shop.
What does the wood detailing look like and can I get it on my Micra?
Unfortunately, wood details for the Linea Micra are not available.
Can I connect the machine to water? And does it come with the kit?
All machines can be connected to water. Connection kits are included with the La Marzocco GS3, and sold separately for the Linea Mini and Linea Micra.
Can I use the La Marzocco Connected Scale on my Micra?
The Brew-by-Weight feature of the La Marzocco Connected Scale is exclusive to the Linea Mini R.
How long is the warranty period?
You have the right to complain about defects and deficiencies in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. The complaint period is 2 years, and up to 5 years if the product is intended to last significantly longer than 2 years, cf. Section 27. In the event of a defect or deficiency, you must contact us as soon as possible after the defect is discovered.
In addition, a 2-year warranty is provided against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, poor water quality or interventions carried out by unauthorized personnel. Such conditions may result in the warranty and right to claim being voided.
Note: For espresso and coffee machines, the water quality must meet the manufacturer's recommended parameters for the warranty to be valid. Damage or malfunction caused by incorrect water quality is considered misuse and is therefore not covered by the warranty.
The current water parameters at La Marzocco can be found here .
In the event of a justified complaint, rRebel has as a general rule the right to attempt to rectify the defect – either by repair or replacement – before you can demand cancellation of the purchase. The rectification must take place within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you. We reserve the right to make up to three rectification attempts, unless the situation dictates otherwise.
The guarantee from rRebel is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect your right to complain under the Consumer Purchase Act.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on stock availability and La Marzocco production. When the item is shipped from our warehouse, the standard delivery time is 2-5 business days. From the supplier, the current delivery time is 3-4 months to our warehouse in Oslo.
How long does a service take?
A service varies based on what needs to be serviced on a machine. A Quick Fix service at rRebel Tech is estimated to last approximately 1 hour, so you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee at the reception or visit one of the cool local coffee shops nearby.
Do I have to bring the machine to you for service or will a technician come to me?
You can deliver the machine to us at Tromsøgata 5B. Technicians can also visit you at home for a fee.
How do I best take care of the machine?
The best way to take care of your machine is to clean it regularly. Check out one of our great guides to learn how.
Do I have to turn off the machine after use?
No, the machine does not need to be turned off, but it can be configured to a schedule with the La Marzocco App so that it turns on and off and is ready to use when you want to make yourself a delicious cup of coffee.
Is there any service I can do myself?
You can replace wear parts such as group gasket, group strainer and strainer screw for group strainer yourself. We recommend not going deeper than this, as this will affect the warranty.
Do I need a water filter?
Yes. The water in Norway is fantastic, but there are often unwanted particles in our water systems. When purchasing Linea Micra and Linea Mini, you get a BWT filter jug included.
To maintain your La Marzocco warranty, you must use a water filter. This ensures a longer life for your machine.
A bonus benefit of a water filter is that the BWT Aqualizer adds magnesium to the water, which makes the espresso naturally sweeter.
How often do I need to change the blades on my espresso grinder?
This is a question that depends on many factors, including the type of roast, type of beans (density), grind level, and cleaning. We recommend replacing when your results become consistently inconsistent.
Grinders purchased from rRebel are of very high quality and the blades are expected to perform for many years.
Where can I buy good coffee?
Good coffee is subjective and entirely your own taste, but for a good starting point you can check out our partners who are some of the best in the country and in the world.
